Payroll App - How to Use

This document provides a concise guide on how to effectively use the Payroll App, from installation to accessing your profile. It outlines the steps for signing up, confirming your email, and managing access for both staff and supervisors.


Getting Started

  1. Installation: Download and install the Payroll App from your preferred app store.
  1. Signup:
    • Open the app and sign up using your email address.
    • After signing up, check your email for a one-time password (OTP) to confirm your account.
  1. Profile Access:
    • By default, the profile is set up for staff members to access their own clockings.
    • Access is determined by the email address you registered in the Payroll software.
  1. Supervisor Mode:
    • If you are a supervisor, you can activate the supervisor mode within the app.
    • Contact your manager to request access to the company's data, which will enable you to manage and view additional information.
